This is a picture of a neighboring block to Heavenly Haven. The residents here are in a peaceful state seen swimming in a swimming pool on the roof of this block. They don't seem to care about the Block War happening in the neighboring block.
Heavenly Haven Block is a Block that is shown to be engulfed in a Block War in the 1995 film Judge Dredd.
Role in Judge Dredd[]
This is the block where Herman Ferguson was sent to live as a halfway house from being released from prison. Due to a Block War in progress he was not safe here and was apprehended just by being found in the area. The reason for Herman’s next arrest was that he was hiding inside of a food disposal robot somewhere in Heavenly Haven so he was charged by Judge Dredd with the tampering of city property because the robot he was hiding inside of was owned by the city.
