Judge Gerald Silver was portrayed in the 1995 film Judge Dredd by Angus MacInnes. In the film he is depicted as a European man despite his character being an African-American in the comic books.
History[]
Silver was a judge in the murder trial of Judge Dredd. He, and the rest of the council of Five agreed to the new Chief Justice, Griffin's suggestion to unlock the files to the Janus Project. He was then shot and killed along with the other members of the Council by Judge Dredd's rougue brother Rico Dredd.
