Mad Mox was a gang leader in the Shanty Town just outside of Mega-City One, he escaped custody during the Apocalypse War.
Appearence[]
Mox was a tall and lean individual, he had ugly features with a gaunt face and oversized nose. He had lengthy blonde hair and wore raggeddy clothing.
Personality[]
Mox was insane and rather dim-witted, he was however a good leader and sucsefully managed to get a large following in hisextermination of the Judges.
