Lenny Zero was an undercover Judge in the 'Wally Squad', but quit after stealing from the Mega-City Mob. He is now a professional criminal, disenchanted with Justice Department but hated by most of the underworld of Mega-City One. He is particularly hated by his former lover, Judge Kramer, an SJS (Special Judcial Service) Judge who lost her left hand while acting as a honey trap to try and get him.
Zero later hatched an audacious plot to rob the Justice Department vaults with the assistance of a number of associates including Shuggy Bear and Max Normal.
