Description
"Nosferatu" was an alien from an unkown world that came to earth in Mega City One to feast on humans. It had the power to control the minds of several people at once he could also change his appearnce to that of a human.
After killing several pepole with the help of his landlady and some restraunt owners under his control before being killed by Judge Joseph Dredd.
